  • Instructor Training (IT) Module – 2 days, ongoing evaluation (no exam, no Park 1 prerequisite)

👉 JOI will be providing the new Level 3 modules this season in Hakuba and Hokkaido.

Level 3 – Candidate Scenarios

  • If you have not completed the Level 3 course before:
    • Begin this season by registering for the new Level 3 modules.
    • You may start with the IT Module and Park 1.
    • Park 1 must be completed before joining the Riding or Teaching Modules.
  • If you completed the old Level 3 course in the past:
    • You are eligible to register directly for the Riding and Teaching exams.
    • You may also take the IT Module (registered and priced the same as an exam).
  • If you completed the old Level 3 course but have not yet attempted any exams:
    • You can register for all exams, or just the ones you feel ready for.
    • Riding and Teaching exams are registered separately.
  • If you attempted exams previously and need to retest:
    • You can register for any exam individually as a retest.
  • Important – IT Module:
    • Uses ongoing evaluation instead of a final exam.
    • You must attend both full days, whether it’s your first time or a retest.
  • Additional Training:
    • You may re-register for any module if you want extra training.

Our Commitment

These updates reflect CASI’s commitment to improving course quality worldwide. JOI is proud to continue working with CASI to support members in Japan and ensure courses meet the highest standards for students and instructors alike.

Part of our role is to bring student feedback directly to CASI, and these changes are a result of that ongoing dialogue. Please continue to share your thoughts with us — your feedback helps us make courses better for everyone.
